Niyaaz Sayed is an empathetic people leader and coach with over 20 years' experience leading and delivering value in the public, private and community sectors. His most recent experience is in the areas of People Services (HR), Talent Mobility, Workforce Strategy and Coaching. His earlier experience was in analytics, strategy and operational planning. Niyaaz has led both small and larger teams of professionals and leaders in operational and project settings. Niyaaz is an active member of (and in) the Wellington Muslim community filling several volunteer roles including course administration, coordinating youth activities and serving on three community trust boards .

Qadar came to New Zealand in 2000 and went to Wellington High School -I have always been part of the Somali Wellington sports team I’m the youngest from the year 2000 who was playing with the older guys and today I’m the oldest of everyone else I am the youths coordinator I arrange football games for the boys every weekend I’m in charge of them whenever we have a tournament inside Wellington and our side Wellington. I have experience installing Sound systems in the vehicle. A bit of mechanics a bit of trades a bit of marketing so much become trade of dynamic technological knowhow, mechanics, spray painting.
