Welcome to Aman Islamic Trust & Center in Wellington

Aman Islamic Trust is a community Islamic trust in wellington dedicated to fostering a sense of Islamic identity and heritage among New Zealanders.

Our vision is to create a well-connected network that links the Muslim community with the broader society, encouraging social harmony across Aotearoa New Zealand. Our objective is to narrow the divide between Muslims and the wider community, becoming a platform for the underrepresented. By working with government bodies and other organizations, we support initiatives that uplift community members, aid their integration, and enhance their overall well-being.

We also aim to foster understanding through cultural, educational, and social exchanges. Our engagement with the media helps to address representations of Islam, while we actively collaborate with other cultural groups to promote mutual respect.

Our services include spiritual counseling, youth activities, and regular religious gatherings. These encompass daily prayers, Friday prayers, Ramadan, and Eid celebrations, all contributing to a vibrant, united Muslim community that plays an active role in New Zealand’s diverse society.
